The Fork €15 Gift Card ES

TheFork Gift Card (“Gift Cards”) can be used at participating TheFork restaurants and is valid for 18 months from its issue date (which may be before you actually receive the Gift Card) indicated on the Gift Card, unless its value has been fully spent before that deadline. Participating restaurants can be searched for: by clicking on the “Where to use my Gift Card?” button in TheFork PAY once you enter the Gift Card code in TheFork PAY by searching the list of participating restaurants that will appear in TheFork PAY or on the Platform using the “Gift Cards” filter. Gift Cards consist of a code and associated information and visual elements. The value of the Gift Card is predetermined and cannot be changed. There will be no replacement, recharge or refund (even partial) of Gift Cards and TheFork accepts no liability in the event of loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards may not be resold but may be given to another person. Gift Cards are issued by La Fourchette España SL (trading as TheFork). Gift Cards may not be used in any other way or for any other purpose than as provided for in these Terms of Use. The purchase of a Gift Card does not give rise to any entitlement to Yums. TheFork reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time at its discretion. These Terms of Use apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
