Explore and lead the resistance

In A Valley Without Wind 2, play as a mage who has infiltrated the evil Demonaica’s inner circle and now shares the power of immortality that Demonaica uses to terrorize the land. Explore through a world map, customize your character with mage classes, feats and perks, and lead an uprising to return Demonaica and his henchmen to mortality. Gameplay alternates between platforming stages, where you can tune your equipment and character for the current challenge, and strategic world-map turns, where you direct troops to battle, gather supplies, construct, enlist, cultivate and wield special powers. Demonaica’s armies pursue your forces on the map, while five henchmen hunt you in the platforming stages.

Build, battle and replay

Platforming combat uses movement physics and spells with mass that can block one another. The game includes 50 mage classes across 5 tiers, 200 spells, 125 enemies, 14 biomes, more than 100 types of world-map tiles and 64 character-customization perks. Its procedurally generated worlds offer new challenges, and you can adjust difficulty separately for the platforming and strategy sides. The game recommends 2–8 co-op players on most internet connections, depending on connection speed, and many more on LAN. String together flawless kills to earn concentration, or beat harder difficulties for rare achievements.
