1. Notice of copyright infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on tunigamers.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full legal name, postal address, telephone number and email;
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The exact URL(s) on tunigamers.com where the alleged infringing material is located;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised agent;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Our response
Upon receipt of a valid notice we will, in our discretion, remove or disable access to the disputed material and notify the user who posted or supplied it.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including: your contact details, identification of the removed material and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis, and your signature.
4. Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
