Guide the Pupils

Play as the wind guiding the Pupils, a tribe travelling toward the center of the world. Plan their route through a procedurally generated journey, explore places of interest, and search for long-lost treasures. Harvest resources, build and improve structures, and leave each halt before the wave engulfs the tribe.

Manage a nomadic tribe

This turn-based city builder combines resource management with agriculture, crafting, and scientific and mystical research. Develop the Pupils through a job system and your tribe through its knowledge; protect them from harsh conditions and random events, meet allies, negotiate for resources, and recruit new Pupils. Make offerings at Sacred Sites or plunder them and face the consequences. There are no enemies. Each journey can vary through the roguelike tribe system, with modifiers for game duration, halt size, and resource generation. The campaign introduces A FATE’s traditions and legends; reaching the Eye with as many Pupils as possible can unlock rewards, stories, fates, tribes, and regions. The included soundtrack is by composer and sound designer Alexis Laugier.
