Campaign and combat

Back 4 Blood is a cooperative first-person shooter set in a war against the Ridden, humans transformed by a deadly parasite. In the story campaign, up to 4 players work together through increasingly challenging missions; you can also play solo and lead your team. Choose from 8 customizable Cleaners and use weapons and items to fight the Ridden.

Competitive play and replayability

In competitive multiplayer, play with or against friends as a Cleaner or as the Ridden, with distinct weapons, abilities and specialties for each side. A roguelike card system lets you build custom decks and try different builds. The Game Director responds to player actions, changing the fights and sending in mutated boss types reaching up to 20 feet tall.
