Battlefield Commander WWII is a real-time tactics game focused on strategic decisions over micromanagement. Lead infantry and vehicles in battles shaped by limited ammunition, morale, energy, line of sight and shot accuracy. Infantry can be suppressed, panic or rout; vehicles have distinct armor, movement and penetration values. Use requisition points to call in reinforcements, and send troops to charge, sneak around opponents or set up an ambush. Recon units and snipers can scout enemy positions.

Skirmishes and campaign

The current game has two nations, Germany and the USSR, and over 90 units. Single-player skirmishes against AI offer two battle modes: destroy enemy units to earn victory points, or control strategic areas. In the dynamic campaign, play as Germany or the USSR in Eastern Europe. Each controlled region provides reinforcement points per turn; deploy forces from your capital or from regions where you have built a factory. Win by eliminating the enemy, capturing its capital or reducing its morale to zero. You can simulate battles or play them.
