The game in the July report was The Duskbloods. Its August event was a closed network test for selected Nintendo Switch 2 players. Our earlier article wrongly described it as a free Steam demo and treated it as an Elden Ring sequel.
A dated, selective test
Nintendo’s overview identified a summer network test. The 15 July report specified 21–24 August 2026, with an application period before the event. These dates have passed, and the official campaign page now shows that the entry period is closed.
What the test did not promise
A network test is a limited development event, not unrestricted access to the full game or confirmation of a PC release. Follow the official site for later availability. The cover now uses The Duskbloods’ official logo, replacing an unrelated Elden Ring image. This archive is no longer an invitation to join the expired test.
