This article mixed reports about Genshin Impact’s 7.0 and 7.1 livestream codes. They were separate announcements, published in July and September 2026 respectively. Their short claim windows have passed, so the old “redeem quickly” invitation is no longer useful.
An old code is not a promised reward
A code from a past broadcast does not establish that it can still be redeemed. Expiry, account eligibility and prior redemption all matter. We have removed the unsupported game-engine explanation and the wording that suggested these historical rewards were currently available.
Use the official redemption route
For any newly announced code, follow HoYoverse’s official redemption page and check the stated deadline and conditions. Confirm the intended account and character before submitting it. This page preserves the distinction between the two older broadcasts; it does not promise an active code, a particular reward balance or a new promotion today.
