FINAL FANTASY VII REVELATION is the third and final entry in the Final Fantasy VII remake project. The September 3 PlayStation announcement gives April 8, 2027, as its PS5 release date. Do not confuse Revelation with Rebirth
Square Enix's reveal identifies REVELATION as a separate title, not a new name for an existing copy of REBIRTH. If you are catching up, check the exact game title in your library before buying another edition. Decide whether to finish the earlier story first based on your own progress; a new announcement is not a reason to replace a game you already own.
Read the edition details before preordering
Compare the base game, any separately stated extras and the platform named on the listing. Do not assume that a collection includes the whole trilogy unless its contents explicitly say so.
