About this game

Choose a real-world location

In Infection Free Zone, take charge of survivors and choose a city or town as your base, using real-world map data. The Mad Virus has spread, society has collapsed, and supplies and infrastructure are scarce. This game is in Early Access and is not complete; development may continue or stop.

Rebuild your settlement

Establish a zone, set up shelters and production facilities, and adapt existing buildings. Build farms and power houses, then use your knowledge of the city to plan defenses and search old buildings for supplies.

Defend the zone

The infected may attack at night. Use close-combat and ranged weapons, vehicles, walls and lighting to hold them back. You can also research a vaccine or cure, or focus on rebuilding. Other survivor groups may be willing to trade or may turn hostile. This is a Steam digital gift with the Region Free label. Agreement to a third-party end-user licence agreement is required.
