About this game

Survive the journey west

Organ Trail: Director's Cut is a retro zombie survival game. Travel west in a station wagon with 4 friends, scavenge for supplies and fend off the undead. Manage food, ammo, fuel and medkits; stop in towns to trade, take jobs and repair or upgrade your car. Party members can suffer from dysentery and other diseases, or become infected and turn on you. Encounters include bandits, zombie boss fights and choose-your-own-adventure events, with changing weather and a day-night cycle.
