About this game

Six investigations, one detective game

PCI Public Crime Investigation is offered as a Steam activation key and includes 6 investigations. The offer carries the Region Free label. Examine crime-scene photos and clues, follow video statements, and use interactive dialogues and police-interrogation videos to collect evidence, conduct searches, and investigate murders and motives. Play alone, with a friend on the same screen, or remotely as a team.

The six cases

The cases are “The woman who cried under water,” about a death initially ruled a suicide; “Forbidden Dinners,” about a chef found dead with his head in his plate; “Phantasm,” involving a fantasy product that lets a subject express unconscious desires and impulses; “Bikini Junkyard,” where Stan and Lollypop find a body at a junkyard photo shoot; “A Star is Dead,” about Enzo, a talented performer who will never see Broadway, with a school-bullying theme; and “Mortal Speed Dating,” about a body found in Lyon with a sketchbook on its chest. The supplier estimates the investigations take about 30 minutes, 1 hour 30 minutes, 1 hour 30 minutes, 1 hour 30 minutes, 2 hours 30 minutes and 4 hours, respectively.
