About this game

A contest for the Factory

Scythe: Digital Edition is set in an alternate 1920s Europa, where the Great War’s mechanical engines still roam the snowy landscape. Lead one of 5 factions and seek power by exploring and conquering territory, enlisting recruits, gathering resources and deploying combat mechs.

Build your faction’s strategy

Each faction starts with different resources, a distinct location and a secret objective. Improve construction, build structures, enlist recruits and activate mechs as you develop your economy and technologies. Encounters bring you into contact with the citizens of newly explored lands; combat is decided by player choices, not luck.

Digital board-game features

Customize the game mat and choose a specialty: Agriculturalist, Industrialist, Engineer, Patriot or Mechanic. Play against 2 levels of AI or with friends in hotseat. The offer is for Scythe: Digital Edition on Steam, delivered as a digital gift and carrying the Region Free label.
