Build and manage a city

In SimCity Complete Edition, plan a city’s layout and infrastructure, then guide its growth as mayor. Your choices affect residents and the city: heavy industry can boost the economy while spreading pollution, while green technology can improve residents’ lives but bring higher taxes and unemployment. Develop one city or as many as 16, and track measures such as education, wealth and happiness across your region.

This offer includes SimCity and the listed additional content: Cities of Tomorrow, Plumbob Park, Heroes and Villains Set, City Sets, Airships Set and Amusement Park. Cities of Tomorrow adds futuristic technology and specializations, from clean-energy development to resource-hungry megacorporations. The Heroes and Villains Set lets you place and upgrade the Evil Villain Lair or build a Super Hero HQ. City Sets add British, French and German architectural styles and landmarks; Airships Set adds airship facilities and two Hot Air Balloon Parks; Amusement Park lets you build a customized park with themed entrances, rides and concessions.
