Build and survive on an alien planet

In StarForge, gather resources, craft equipment and build a base on a procedurally generated alien world. Explore its surface, caves and underground resources, or build upward into space without loading screens. Weather, a 24-day-and-night cycle and creature behaviors that vary by time of day shape the environment.

Explore, craft and defend

Find loot, level up as you perform certain tasks and choose skills from a skill tree. Build with destructible 3D tilesets, and use vehicles such as an all-terrain vehicle or hovercraft to travel. Play alone or in multiplayer; in Survival, gather weapons and blueprints and build a base, or team up in Fort Defense against waves of alien creatures. LAN is also supported.

Founders Club extras and offer details

This Early Access Steam gift includes the Founders Club digital soundtrack, survival guide, concept art book and wallpaper pack. In-game extras include a space helmet, Founders skins for the Chainsaw, Ground Pounder, Pistol, Assault Rifle, Graphene Drill and Titanium Drill, plus the Space Station 3D Tileset and the “Tree Fort” and “Autumn Leaves” tilesets. The offer also includes a Founders Club online badge and the option to have your name listed in the in-game credits; the listing system was described as planned for before full release and opt-in in-game. The listed items are English-only and are to be distributed digitally during development and upon full release. The offer is for Steam and carries the Region Free label.
