About this game

Explore Mars

Take On Mars puts you in the role of a rover operator exploring rocky terrain and sandy wastes. In the Robotics Campaign, command rovers, landers, and probes to gather scientific data, then research technologies for new equipment.

A manned mission story

In the Manned Mission Story Campaign, play astronaut Mark Willis, a mechanical engineer and survivor of a crew’s descent into Mars’ atmosphere. Fight to survive and build machines that may offer a way home.

Simulation and scenarios

Visit locations based on satellite data, including Victoria, Gale, and Cydonia Crater, and contend with extreme weather, sandstorms, and radiation exposure. Gravity affects movement, while damage to cameras, robotic arms, struts, or wheels changes vehicle handling. The game also includes 5 training missions and individual scenarios. This offer is a Steam digital gift with the Region Free label.
