About this game

Offer and platform

The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu is offered as a digital gift for PC on Steam, marked Region Free. Agreement to a third-party end-user licence agreement is required.

A dangerous jungle expedition

Play alone or join an online co-op group of up to 4 explorers searching a cursed jungle for treasure. Monstrous creatures and Lovecraftian horrors distort perception as madness grows, sowing paranoia and making it harder to trust what you see and hear.

Prepare, explore, return

Aboard the galleon, contract with the captain to exchange recovered treasure for gear, divide weapons and equipment among the group, and choose which jungle area to explore. On the mainland, use spatialized voice chat to coordinate against threats and gather riches. Find abandoned forts and recover their logbooks to unlock them as starting points for future expeditions, then venture deeper in search of The Mound and its rumored riches.
