Peoplesprout Management Grow your own loyal workforce: Peoplesprouts! The Peoplesprout system takes care of the grind by providing three specialized worker types: Farmers, Retailers, and Manufacturers, covering almost every repetitive task in the game. Simply use the Peoplesprout management system, assign each one based on their unique talents, and watch them work their magic. Overworking your Peoplesprouts will drain their Sanity, so helping them recover in Peoplesprout dwellings is just as important.
