About this game

Colonies under siege

They Are Billions is a strategy game set in a distant future after a zombie apocalypse. Build and manage human colonies, gather resources, expand power, and fortify settlements against infected swarms. If an infected creature enters a building, its inhabitants can become infected too.

Plan, build, and defend

Develop your colony with homes, food supplies, upgraded buildings, Tesla Towers, mills, and power plants. Train and hire mercenaries to protect it; each unit has its own skills and personality. The game’s custom engine supports hordes of up to 20,000 units in real time.

Campaign and Survival modes

In the campaign, lead efforts to reconquer lands devastated by the infected through 48 missions with different objectives, research, technologies, and upgrades; the platform listing states that the campaign offers more than 60 hours of gameplay. Survival generates a random world with its own weather, geography, events, and infected population. Pause the real-time action to place structures, issue army orders, and review information before deciding your next move.
