Prices vary with the seasons and harvest conditions. You can make a profit by buying rice when prices are low and selling when they are high. 6. Domestic Affairs Develop your cities through domestic affairs to increase gold and rice income. Good governance also attracts more people, bringing in even more income. 7. Diplomacy If you start with a small faction, diplomacy is essential. Give gifts to improve relations and forge alliances.
