Command medieval armies

Set between 1040 and 1270, this turn-based tactical game lets you lead armies from 29 nations and factions across historical battles and campaigns. Choose forces using 57 army lists, with historically grounded options for different factions and periods. Battles can feature up to 80 units per side.

Battles and campaigns

Play historical scenarios or create “what-if” battles against the AI or another player. Choose from 12 selectable scenarios or 65 preset Quick Battle matchups. Campaigns include four historical storylines and sandbox campaigns between opposing nations; victories build your core units’ experience and elan. Single-player is supported. Multiplayer uses Slitherine’s PBEM server and requires a Slitherine PBEM++ account.
