Set between 1917 and 1923, it covers the Russian Civil War, from the Baltic to the Pacific and across Central Asia. Choose the Reds to support the Soviet revolution or lead the Whites in an attempt to restore the old regime.

Shape the conflict

Manage politics, requisitions, revolts and repression to gain the population’s support or apply pressure. Recruit and organize volunteers into armies and divisions, then maneuver forces that include officers, Red Guards, Cossacks, tanks, armoured trains and aircraft. Diplomacy can bring foreign nations into the war or turn neighbouring neutral countries into targets; new allies and geopolitical choices can change the course of a campaign.
