1. Why this page exists
Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom and several other jurisdictions normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. This page explains how that right interacts with digital content (game keys, gift cards, software, in-game items) sold on TuniGamers.
2. The legal rule (EU)
Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium when:
- performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent; and
- the consumer has acknowledged that performance starting causes the loss of the right of withdrawal; and
- the trader has provided confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement.
3. How it works on TuniGamers
By placing an order for a digital product on TuniGamers, you:
- Expressly request immediate delivery of the digital product as soon as your payment is confirmed; and
- Acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the key, code or download link is delivered to you (revealed in your account or sent by email).
Checkout asks you to provide this express consent and acknowledgement before placing a digital-content order. If the legally required consent, acknowledgement, or confirmation was not provided, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Before delivery
If you change your mind before the key has been delivered (the order is still “pending” or “processing”), you can cancel by emailing [email protected] from the order address. We will refund your full payment.
5. After delivery
Once the key has been revealed in your account or sent by email, the digital product has been fully supplied and the right of withdrawal no longer applies, even within the 14-day window. The product is non-returnable in line with our Refund Policy.
6. Faulty digital content
The waiver of the cancellation right does not remove your statutory rights in case of faulty digital content (for example, a key that turns out to be invalid). In such cases, refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
